WHAT ARE THE REQUIRMENTS?


You should be interested in a management and sales environment and should have strong leadership abilities and multi-tasking skills. We prefer that you have a college degree. You must also be ambitious, creative, personable, resourceful and hard working. Are you a decision-maker and a problem-solver who enjoys a team environment and likes to have fun at work?




HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MOVE UP?


Once you begin the Development Program, thanks to our performance-based promotions philosophy, it is all about you. If you have a solid customer service attitude, self-motivation and the ability to think on your feet, how far and how quickly you move up is really up to you. If you’ve got what it takes, there’s really no limit to how far you can go.




DO YOU HIRE FOR ANY POSITIONS OTHER THAN PROPERTY & CASUALTY SALES?


Yes. Other available positions include: Internships, Financial Services, Employee Benefits, and Customer Service.




WHAT IS THE HIRING PROCESS?


Once you submit an application online at www.prewettinsurancecareers.com, we will schedule a phone interview with a Team Leader. You will then complete a Personality Profile Assessment, In-Person Interviews, and On-the-Job shadowing.
